Return and Refund Policy

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Refunds will only be accepted if requested within seven days of receiving order. We will give a full refund by way of the original payment method within 8-10 business days. Return delivery cost is the customers responsibility. Any refund request after seven days of receiving order WILL NOT be accepted and will not be refunded.

 

How to return ?

After return is approved, items should be put in packaging and shipped back to the  return address that is included on all packages.

 

Want to return an item ? Look over this checklist:

I am requesting a refund within seven days of receiving my order

I have tried the product on, but haven't worn it 

The item is not damaged or in an unsuitable condition

Earrings

Swimwear

Products with hygiene strip removed

All sales items

 

Of course it's okay to try on an item, but keep in mind ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED UPON RETURN. If an item is returned to us worn, damaged, or is in an unsuitable condition the item will be shipped back and no refund will be given.
